As building survey specialists, we can help reduce the risk and protect your interests with a RICS accredited Level 2 or Level 3 Residential Survey.

As chartered surveyors in Hungerford and with 26 years’ experience in the property industry, our surveys help our clients make an informed, rational decision on whether or not to proceed with a purchase, as well as identify the decisions and actions that should be taken before contracts are exchanged.

Based in West Berkshire, we cover a wide range of locations either side of the M4 from London to Bristol.

We start with an initial client call to establish the service required and then provide a quotation.  Once instructed, we arrange a visit within 1-5 days, undertake the survey (around 2 to 3 hours), call to discuss key findings (usually the same day),  and provide a written follow-up report within the week. A final follow-up call to discuss the report in more detail and offer advice where needed completes the process.

We can help with all of the following:

  • Building / Structural Surveys
  • RICS HomeBuyer Reports
  • General Valuations
  • IHT / Probate Valuations
  • Capital Gains Valuations
  • Commercial Valuations
  • Snagging Surveys

As your local chartered surveyors in Hungerford, we understand that this isn’t just about a survey or valuation; it’s not just about completing a report.  It’s about providing you with peace of mind that you’re making the right property decisions, and in many cases securing a new home for you and your loved ones.

We want to put your mind at rest and help you to understand the report so that you can make the decisions you need to about your property.  That’s why, with every survey, we offer a call before our inspection to establish any areas of concern.  We will then call you following completion of the inspection to go through our findings and allow you to ask any questions.

Being a Chartered Surveyor is an assurance of quality.  We are approved and monitored by RICS, the professional body for chartered surveyors.
